Ensure that all materials you supply comply with copyright laws, data privacy regulations, and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Service Fees and Payment Terms

Setup Fees: One-time setup fees for website creation are non-refundable.

Recurring Fees: Monthly management or advertising fees are billed on a recurring basis, subject to our cancellation policy.

Billing Errors: In the event of technical billing errors, we will issue a full refund to correct the discrepancy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

One-Time Setup Fees: Non-refundable after signing.

We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Errors, omissions, or delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

Any third-party service disruptions or platform restrictions impacting advertising, web hosting, or social media performance.

8. Data Security and Privacy
We will protect client information with secure systems and encrypted password management and will not sell or share your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Changes to Terms
