  • Website Creation and Management: Developing and maintaining websites based on client-provided information.

  • Advertising and Business Management: Promoting and managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Google My Business, and Facebook using client-provided content.

3. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information for website content, advertising, and business management purposes.

  • Ensure that all materials you supply comply with copyright laws, data privacy regulations, and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
  • Setup Fees: One-time setup fees for website creation are non-refundable.

  • Recurring Fees: Monthly management or advertising fees are billed on a recurring basis, subject to our cancellation policy.

  • Billing Errors: In the event of technical billing errors, we will issue a full refund to correct the discrepancy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • One-Time Setup Fees: Non-refundable after signing.

  • Recurring Service Contracts: Require a 14-day notice via email prior to cancellation.

  • Refunds: Issued only for technical errors or, in certain cases, service execution issues as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
  • Client Content: All content provided by you for your website and advertising remains your property. We will only use it in connection with the agreed services.

  • Website and Design Rights: All designs, frameworks, and custom functionalities created by us remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

  • Errors, omissions, or delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

  • Any third-party service disruptions or platform restrictions impacting advertising, web hosting, or social media performance.

8. Data Security and Privacy

We will protect client information with secure systems and encrypted password management and will not sell or share your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Changes to Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes in our business practices or for legal reasons. The latest version will always be available on our website.
